Laine’s vision is to become the multi-jurisdiction infrastructure for how legal work is done. As the methodology built into the platform deepens and extends across new areas of law, more of the documents that move through firms and legal teams will be drafted, reviewed, and negotiated to a consistent professional standard, whatever law governs them. Laine aims to make expert-quality legal work the default rather than the exception — faster, more consistent, and grounded in the right jurisdiction — so legal teams can take on more and focus on the judgment and counsel that define their value.

Laine exists to raise the floor of legal work. We build the methodology of an experienced legal team — its drafting logic, review standards, and jurisdiction rules — into the platform itself, so the quality of a legal document depends on the platform rather than on who is using it. By guiding lawyers through drafting, review, negotiation, and signature to a partner-level standard, Laine helps law firms and in-house teams work faster and more consistently, and gives them their time back for the work that only they can do.
