4. How long do we retain your data?
· Unsuccessful applications: up to 12 months after the end of the process
· Talent pool (if consented): up to 24 months, unless withdrawn earlier
· Technical metadata: generally retained for up to 6 months
· Successful applicants: data is transferred to your employee file and governed by our internal HR policies
5. Who has access to your data?
Your personal data is only accessible to individuals or entities that require it for legitimate recruitment-related purposes. Specifically, we may share your data with:
· Internal teams – such as HR personnel, recruiters, and hiring managers involved in the evaluation and selection process

· Right to rectification – to correct inaccurate or incomplete information we hold about you
· Right to erasure – to request deletion of your data, particularly when it is no longer necessary for the purposes collected
· Right to restrict processing – to request a temporary or permanent limitation of how we use your data
· Right to object – to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including for future recruitment consideration
· Right to withdraw consent – to withdraw previously given consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
· Right to data portability – where technically feasible, to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format

7. How do we protect your data?

· Secure handling of email-based and third-party platform submissions (e.g., LinkedIn)
· Role-based access controls to limit internal access
· Retention limits and secure deletion procedures
· Vendor due diligence for all third-party processors involved in recruitment activities
